We were registered with the RCS of Lyon on September 4, 2023, as a simplified joint stock company, with a share capital of 1,000.00 Euros. Our head office is located at 68 Rue Roger Salengro, 69200 Vénissieux.

    Our main activity is the assembly, maintenance, repair, periodic verification, and trading of all weighing devices and measuring instruments. We are proud to offer complete and high-quality solutions to our customers in France and throughout the European Union.

    • The duration of our company is planned until September 4, 2122, with a fiscal year-end on December 31, and the closure of the first fiscal year on December 31, 2024.
    • At the head of MECATRONYX (Big Gram), we have the company AXYOM GROUP as President, with its headquarters at 73 Cours Albert Thomas, 69003 Lyon. Our Director General, Mr. Majdi CHAKCHOUK, born on 10/09/1986, is of French nationality and resides at 137 Rue de Courcelles, 51100 Reims.
    • We have established our main establishment at 68 Rue Roger Salengro, 69200 Vénissieux, where we have been operating since August 17, 2023, following the creation of our company.
